Tasked with rebranding and producing a church’s annual report, I led a cross-functional team of UX designers, copywriters, editors, and external print vendors to create a magazine-style piece delivered both in print and digital formats. My role spanned timeline management, creative direction, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. The goal was to craft a product that visually and narratively captured the church’s year — highlighting stories of hope, connection, and impact within the community.
